L.I.F.E. Fitness stands for Learning Individuals through Fun Exercise. The program is designed to provide FUN fitness activities in a virtual or face-to-face group setting, for all ages and all abilities.
The program focuses on addressing fundamental motor skills through reflex/bilateral integration, motor coordination, balance, strength, agility, locomotor skills, and object control skills.
The activities are curated by movement experts to allow the participants to learn and engage with their peers through different games and exercises. All activities are coached and guided by licensed pediatric physical and occupational therapists.
