Charity Program
Ther@health’s Charity Program aims to give back to the community by providing low-cost services with the support of our licensed therapists and mentees. The program will focus on providing care to the low-income families in the community by providing a feasible program for them to have and a follow-up at home.
The program will run in 4 months one-on-one face-to-face sessions with the recommended or agreed upon treatment sessions. The participants will then transition to a monthly follow-up to assess the follow-through at home and progression with the provided home programs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Birth certificate of the child.
Certificate of Employment with salary indicated (if employed) from all the caregivers of the child.
Payslip record per month that is less than PHP 30, 000. Three consecutive months are required. For those with contract only services, a copy of the contract is required from the employer.
Certification of Indigency from the registered Barangay.
Pediatrician or Developmental Pediatrician consultation report with recommendations for the specific therapy services indicated. A prescription for recommendations to Therapy Services are also accepted.
